Flex Fund
Quick Facts

  • used for meals only.
  • purchases are non-taxable.
  • deposits are non-refundable.
Enrollment
You can open a flex fund:

  • for a minimum deposit of $50
  • increases are made in minimum deposits of $25
The flex fund deposit:

  • can be pre-paid or
  • can be applied to your tuition bill during the first
  • two weeks of each semester only
  • is non-refundable
Golden Choice
Quick Facts

  • can be used for meals, vending machines,
  • the bookstore, copiers, and laundry.
  • purchases are taxable.
Enrollment
You can open a Golden Choice account:

  • for a minimum deposit of $25.
  • increases are made in minimum deposits of $25
The Golden Choice deposit:

  • must be prepaid.
  • cannot be billed to your tuition bill.
  • is refundable, only if the account is closed in full.
Transfers from the Golden Choice account into the Flex Fund will be permitted. To do this, you must go to the Student Accounts and fill out a transfer form. Transfers must be made in the amounts of $25 or greater. Transfers are not allowed out of the Flex Fund. If you wish to close the Golden Choice account you must go to Student Accounts and fill out an account closure form. The balance in the account, less any outstanding financial obligations to the college, will be refunded and mailed to your permanent address.
