Parking is limited thougout the city and you might have to park on the street. Be sure you know what day to move your car to the other side of the street. The days to move your car are usually on Wednesday evenings at four o'clock and Monday mornings at nine o'clock. Make sure that your car is always locked and that there is nothing visible inside that can be stolen.
Most landlords do not provide snow removal for a rental property. If you have to shovel your driveway, make sure that you take frequent breaks and stay hydrated. If you choose to pay someone to plow your driveway, be advised that it can cost up to $300 for the whole season.
