Fee (to be paid to Canisius): Canisius tuition (approx. $15,990), study abroad fee ($500) and mandatory health insurance (approx. $180). These fees also include a personal cell phone rental. Costs to be paid by student: Living expenses are approx. $3,750 per semester for a double occupancy room. A single room is approx. $4,250 per semester. Upon acceptance, students must pay an $800 deposit ($300 refundable security deposit + $500 advance rent payment). Additionally some classes have a special fee for materials, books, and labs which can range from about $100 to $300. Students must pay approx. 168 euros ($235) for their Italian Permit of Stay.
