Casa de la Solidaridad is an academic initiative between the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU), the University of Central America (UCA) in El Salvador, and Santa Clara University. The mission of the Casa program is the promotion of social justice and solidarity through the creation of a meaningful academic experience where you can integrate rigorous academic study with direct immersion with the marginalized of El Salvador.

Program Costs |
Fee (to be paid to Canisius):
Canisius tuition (approx. $15,990) and study abroad fee ($500). These fees also include travel insurance (approx. $180), some excursions, and field trips.
Costs to be paid by student:
Expenses are estimated to be $4158 per semester for a double occupancy room and meals during the week. Additional estimated expenses include weekend meals (approx. $200), books and supplies (approx. $100), other personal and living expenses (approx. $1,000), and airfare (approx. $850).
