1. Completion of the graduate admissions application.

2. Submission of two (2) official transcripts showing completion of a master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning. Exceptions to this requirement may be considered on an individual basis.

3. Submission of three (3) completed recommendation forms or letters of recommendation from professional educators, including one from a certified school administrator familiar with your work as a professional educator.

4. Submission of completed Verification of Teaching Experience Form or New York State Permanent/Professional Certification providing evidence of three years of successful full-time teaching and/or pupil personnel service experience in Pre K-Grade 12 schools

5. Submission of a maximum 250-word typed essay describing how this program ties into your professional goals. Be sure to include a description of the type of leadership work you will be engaged in (curriculum leadership, assessment leadership, technology leadership, etc.).
