Since their origin in 1926, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo have been at the forefront of youth development, specifically helping young people who come from less-than-fortunate economic, social and family circumstances. Today, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo service 8,500 kids between the ages of 6-18. The clubs provide a safe haven for disadvantaged children to come and interact with peers and develop life skills needed to succeed.
