CANISIUS UNIVERSITY NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY

Canisius University does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, religion or creed, color, sex, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, marital status, military status, genetic information, predisposition or carrier status, gender identity or expression (including transgender status), familial status, domestic victim status, pregnancy (including childbirth and related medical conditions), citizen status, disability, or any other status protected by state or federal law in administration of its educational policies, employment practices, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs.
