Conacher '11 Re-signs With Lightning 
Forward scored eight goals and 24 points in 2017-18 season 

Five hours after placing Canisius alumnus Cory Conacher on waivers with the purpose of eventually sending him down the AHL's Syracuse Crunch, the Tampa Bay Lightning agreed to terms with Conacher on a one-year, one-way contract. The 28-year-old showcased his skills in 36 games with the Lightning during the 2017-18 season scoring eight goals and 12 points.  Read more here.

Alumnus Retires After 28 Years on the Bench 
Halloran '70 is honored for service 

After 28 years of service on the bench, Judge Richard B. Halloran ’70 Jr., is retiring from the Third Circuit Court’s Family Division in Michigan at the end of the year. A Buffalo native, Halloran received numerous accolades for his work.  Read more here.
