Canisius University To Offer Teaching Techniques Course

BUFFALO, NY The Canisius University Center for Professional Development (CPD), 300 Corporate Parkway in Amherst, will offer The Performance of Teaching, an interactive seminar for K-12 educators, on Saturday, November 3, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  The course will explain and demonstrate progressive teaching techniques in time management, constructive student relations and reflective practice for 21st century educators.  Current internal and external issues in the educational environment will be integrated into the course, which is designed to maximize teacher effectiveness and student learning.
