European Historian Gives International Perspective
BUFFALO, NY − Canisius College presents “Crisis Today: An International Perspective,” a lecture by Marek Chodakiewicz, PhD, on Thursday, February 23 at 7:00 p.m. in the Regis Room South of the Richard E. Winter ’42 Student Center. The event is free and open to the public.
An expert in East-Central European history, Chodakiewicz is Kosciuszko Chair in Polish Studies at the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C. He is the author of numerous works in English and Polish. Chodakiewicz is the recipient of the Josef Mackiewicz Literary Prize and has served on the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council.
