Grad Student Accepts Scholarship at BTANY Conference

BUFFALO, NY - David Scott MS '12 received a 2011 Business Education Scholarship from the Business Teachers Association of New York (BTANY). The $1,000 scholarship is awarded to an individual currently pursuing a business education degree. Scott will accept his award at BTANY’s 59th annual conference on October 13-14 in Albany. 

Scott is pursuing a master’s degree in the Graduate Education Program at Canisius University with a major in business and marketing education. 

The Business Teachers Association of New York State is a voluntary professional organization of business/marketing educators whose mission is to stimulate professional growth, train business/marketing educators in the newest trends in business/marketing education and promote and foster social contacts among those interested in business/marketing education.
