Learn Skills to Meet Today's Business Challenges

BUFFALO, NY – The Canisius University Center for Professional Development introduces an Executive Leadership Series, to be held at theCenter for Professional Development, 300 Corporate Parkway, Amherst. The course for early professionals will run Tuesdays, February 7, 14, 21 and 28. Coming up in series will be programs for intermediate leaders, senior management and executives. 

The Executive Leadership Series equips early professionals, intermediate leaders, senior management and executives with the skills to meet today’s urgent leadership challenges. Topics include:
    • When your organization has to do more with less
    • When short-term results take precedence over development of high-performing team
    • The need to retain and develop top contributors
