The MBAA is active in the college's Annual Fund Drive, supporting a scholarship fund for graduate business students. It also sponsors the annual Bernard L. Martin Award recognizing an MBA alumnus who has achieved career success while continuing to serve both Canisius and the local community.

The mission of the Canisius College Masters Business Alumni Association is to enhance the Jesuit educational tradition and promote the continued professional growth of alumni and students through professional development programs, social activities and scholarship awards.
