Program Description

Earn a bachelor of science degree in the Physical Education and Sport Studies program with an opportunity to declare a minor along with your major. This enables you to develop your academic program around your interests and career goals.

For example, the sports psychology minor provides an interdisciplinary approach to the study of sport, physical activity, and health and exercise psychology. Or you may choose the coaching minor and focus upon the principles of effective coaching including the role of the coach, practice planning, leadership styles, management, and ethics.
