Local Community Service

Campus Ministry’s local community service outreach is to people in need throughout the city of Buffalo. The purpose of our local immersion program is to increase the awareness of the world around us. Direct community service enhances and enriches the Canisius educational experience; it allows participants to see the world and to see oneself with new insight. These service experiences also help students develop valuable relationship, career, leadership and social skills. Community service placements may be made for individuals, student clubs or groups.
