Students have the opportunity to receive free massages, hand paraffin treatments, snacks and participate in other fun, relaxing activities. This is a day to stress-less and relax!
Depression/Anxiety Screening Day
An opportunity for students to stop by to participate in an anonymous screening.
Start the week off right with a series of mindful activities throughout the semester. Every Monday there will be a different session to help get you prepared for the week.
Stress Reduction Group
Learn and practice skills to manage stress more effectively. These skills include meditation, visualization, and guided imagery.
Learn ways to let go of perfectionism, develop self-compassion and embrace who you are!
Grief Support Group
Weekly meetings offered for any students who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
