Dr. Lodi-Smith is a personality psychologist with a passion for understanding the patterns, mechanisms, and outcomes of personality development across the lifespan in normative aging and in the context of autism spectrum disorder. She co-directs the Aging and Autism Study and the Rochester Adult Longitudinal Study. She also serves the college as Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs where she focuses on faculty development and support of the student experience.
