Visit Canisius

Our 72-acre campus rests atop a labyrinth of tunnels. The underground network runs from Dugan Hall to Old Main, from Street Side Café to Bouwhuis Library. The tunnels serve a practical use—they keep us warm through Western New York winters. But there’s more to it than that. They’re vibrant. You can’t walk 10 feet without hearing a welcoming ‘hello.’ Bright posters adorn the walls—invitations for upcoming events. Friendships form on the pathways to class. Snacks are shared. Courses are taught. Clubs rally. Our tunnels keep us connected, in more ways than one.

Saturday Visits

Nothing beats first-hand experience. It’s the best way to learn and it’s the best way to choose a college. We’d love to show you around (and show you off a little, too). Our Saturday visits begin at 10 am, and include an admissions presentation and a campus tour. On select Saturdays, certain departments will be represented to answer questions and give a presentation. All students are welcome to attend any Saturday visit. This year, you’re invited to visit on the following dates:

  • July 19
  • July 26
  • August 9
  • August 16

*Students not interested in the specialized presentation can still attend the visit day and forego that portion of the presentation.

Weekday Visits

To get the full Canisius experience, sit down for a one-on-one conversation. Get your questions answered in person. Spend half-an-hour getting to know an admissions counselor. See our state-of-the-art campus for yourself. This individualized approach is a lot like a Canisius education.
