Attention high school seniors: when you visit Canisius and apply by December 1, 2022, you will be eligible for an annual $2,000 grant toward your education. That's a total of $8,000 over 4 years!
Here's All You Need To Do
Step 1: Visit Campus
Complete one of the qualifying visits or interviews with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by December 1, 2022:
- Official admissions visit to campus – a campus tour, counselor interview and tour, or on-campus admissions event
- Official admissions virtual interview with an Admissions Counselor
- Official meeting with a Canisius alumni through our Alumni Conversations Program– In-person or virtual interview with a Canisius alumna or alumnus (Available starting September 1.)
- Official Athletics Visit
Step 2: Apply
You can apply to Canisius using the Common Application or our free online Canisius College Application.
Reminder: File Your FAFSA
To be considered for all federal, state and Canisius financial aid, you must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The Canisius College FAFSA code is 002681. The FAFSA online application is available at studentaid.gov beginning October 1.
This grant is available all four years. Freshmen applicants for Fall 2023 are eligible to receive the grant. Please be advised that the total of all financial aid, including the grant, will not exceed the cost of attendance and some scholarships may not be stackable.
