- Most spaces are available to rent during June & July, excluding holidays.
- Additional staffing charges, including but not limited to Event Staff, Housekeeping, and Campus Safety fees, will apply for all room and space rentals.
- Additional media/technical equipment charges may apply.
- In-house catering must be used for all food and beverage service. No outside catering permitted.
- A Certificate of Insurance must be provided.
