Navigating the process of paying for college can seem like a complex and daunting task. The Student Records and Financial Services Center is here to help. Here you'll find information about tuition for different levels of enrollment, financial aid, scholarships, e-bill payment and much more. Get started below and of course feel free to contact us with any questions.
Pre-FAFSA Financial Need Assessment
The government has confirmed that it will not make FAFSA data, which colleges and universities rely on to offer need-based aid, available until late spring. At Canisius, we want to help you sort through this information beforehand.
That's why we’re offering the Canisius University Net Price Calculator. This tool is designed to provide you with a financial aid assessment ahead of the FAFSA, so that you are equipped with the information you need to make the best decision for you.
If data is entered correctly and there is a difference in your expected aid between the Canisius University Net Price Calculator and the FAFSA, we will honor the better package. We want families to feel comfortable relying on the information that we provide.
Appealing Your Financial Aid Award
We understand that your financial situation is a significant factor when it comes to your ability to attend college. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is a great tool for assessing financial need and getting a snapshot of your family’s situation, but because it relies on tax information that’s nearly two years old by the time you start classes, we know that it’s only part of the picture. If recent history has taught us anything, a lot can change in just two years.
We want to get to know you and your family’s situation today – and not just on paper. That’s why we offer a one-on-one financial aid appeal process, so that we can provide you and your family with the best possible package, tailored to you.
Our financial aid appeal process is:
Personal and confidential.
Commitment-free.
A great way to afford a high-quality Canisius education.
Getting Started
