Prospective and Accepted Students (for fall 2026 start)
- To participate in assistantship interviews for the 2026-2027 academic year, international applicants must complete their applications by November 15, 2025, and domestic applicants must complete their applications by January 15, 2026. You must be accepted to the HELA program to participate in this process.
Next Steps and Timeline
- January 10th: Process Update Email from Program Director
- February 2nd: Email Update with Registration Information and Process Updates
- February 12th: Registration Due to Participate in Assistantship Interview Process
- February 2026: Round 1 of Graduate Assistantship Interviews are Conducted
- March 2026: Round 1 of Graduate Assistantship Offers are Sent
- April 2026: Round 2 of Graduate Assistantship Interviews are Conducted
- May 2026: Round 2 of Graduate Assistantship Offers are Sent
