Join Campus Ministry and the Office of Mission & Identity for an opportunity to learn and practice the Ignatian Examen, a method of prayer and reflection that uses the events of your everyday life to focus on seeking God in the everyday.
Wednesday Wellness through Yoga
Wellness Wednesday features a chance for a yoga-informed posture break – no equipment or special clothes needed. Focus on stretches and postures to counteract the stresses that sitting, studying and swiping put on the muscles and tendons of the body. The session ends with a short relaxation to reset and recharge in order to take on the day.
Thursday Relaxation Station
The Counseling Center offers a weekly “Relaxation Station.” Relaxing and mindful activities include coloring and painting, progressive relaxation, essential oils for relaxation, self-compassion exercises and more! Most activities will not run for a full hour. Join in for part or all of the weekly activities.
