The SPARK program is specifically designed to help students successfully transition from high school to college. It includes an engaging mandatory summer program and required mentoring that equips students with the essential skills for college success. By participating in SPARK, students are not only prepared for college but are also set up for exceptional academic and personal growth.
Student Learning Outcomes
- Students will attend the one-week summer learning program.
- Students will attend two (2) developmental workshops per semester during their first year.
- Students will participate in weekly mentoring.
- Students will maintain a GPA of 2.0.
- Students will develop foundational skills essential for academic success, including time management, goal setting, and effective study strategies.
