Prospective and Accepted Students (for fall 2026 start)
- To participate in assistantship interviews for the 2026-2027 academic year, international applicants must complete their applications by November 15, 2025, and domestic applicants must complete their applications by January 15, 2026. You must be accepted to the HELA program to participate in this process.
Next Steps and Timeline
- February 7th: Process Update Email
- February 13th: Registration Form Sent to Accepted/Current Students Participating in the HELA Assistantship Interview Process
- February 20th: Registration Due to Participate in Assistantship Interview Process
- Late February/Early March 2026: Round 1 of Graduate Assistantship Interviews are Conducted
- Mid-March 2026: Round 1 of Graduate Assistantship Offers are Sent
- Mid-April 2026: Round 2 of Graduate Assistantship Interviews Begin
- May 2026: Round 2 of Graduate Assistantship Offers are Sent
