Buffalo, NY - The Alumni Association Board of Directors announced new leadership and welcomed nine new members who will begin their terms on July 1, 2026. The board assists the university and specifically the Office of Alumni & Constituent Engagement in achieving its mission to involve alumni in direct and meaningful ways to develop lasting relationships between alumni and alma mater. Members serve three-year terms.
Connor Rosenecker '18 is the newly appointed president of the Alumni Association Board of Directors. The Buffalo resident is founder and managing director of Covenant Wealth and earned bachelor's degrees in economics, finance, management and psychology from Canisius. He has served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors since 2019, most recently as first vice president, and is a member of the Wehle Business School Advisory Council. Rosenecker succeeds Jeff Bogart '93 as president.
David Reid '92 will become vice president of the Alumni Association Board of Directors, effective July 1. Reid resides in Folsom, CA, and is general counsel for Receivables Management Association International. He earned a BA in history and political science from Canisius and previously served as second vice president of the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
In addition to these executive committee appointments, the Alumni Association Board of Directors will welcome the following nine new members:
Rev. Kevin Fields '08, of Kensington, MD. Fields is a priest in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington and earned a BA in urban studies and political science from Canisius;
Carmen Gentile '73, of Buffalo. Gentile is a semi-retired attorney and earned a BA in political science from Canisius;
KeJuan Harmon '20, of Buffalo. Harmon is statewide Ladders to the Outdoors director for the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and earned a BS in sports management from Canisius;
Kelsey McNeight '15, of Buffalo. McNeight is a commercial relationship manager and vice president at M&T Bank and earned a BS in Spanish and international business from Canisius;
Alyssa Monfuletho, MS '10, MS '17, EdD, of Buffalo. Monfuletho is assistant superintendent of community schools, adult education and family and community engagement for Buffalo Public Schools. She earned master's degrees in school counseling and educational leadership and supervision from Canisius;
Lisa Pugliese '89, of Orchard Park. Pugliese is field office director for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and earned a BA in political science and sociology from Canisius;
Tia Saunders '19, of West Falls. Saunders is a construction manager at LiRo-Hill and earned a BS in pre-engineering from Canisius;
Mary Louise Stahl '06, PhD, of Hamburg. Stahl is an assistant professor in the Department of Education at Niagara University and earned an MS in educational leadership and supervision from Canisius; and
Amanda Verrastro '08, MBA '14, of West Seneca. Verrastro is vice president of commercial loan operations at Citizens Bank and earned a BS in finance and an MBA in business administration from Canisius.
