Adjunct Professor
Dr. Warford’s research focuses on ancient Greek myth and religion, and especially the ways that Athenian religion was integrated into the landscape of Athens and its countryside. She specializes in classical archaeology, and has excavated at various ancient Roman and pre-Roman sites in Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Dr. Warford teaches courses on archaeology, mythology, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), a powerful type of digital mapping software which she uses in her research and teaching.
