Mrs. Courtney Kelly has been a health educator in New York State for 30 years. She began her career at Lewiston-Porter High School where she discovered a passion for curriculum writing & development. Her professional journey brought her to Amherst Central School District where she currently teaches middle school health education. Mrs. Kelly has contributed to several statewide curriculum initiatives, including the Guidance Document for Achieving the New York State Standards in Health Education. Mrs. Kelly has been a presenter for state conferences and district staff development workshops. Among her awards & honors, Mrs. Kelly was inducted into the New York State Academy for Teaching and Learning (NYSATL). 

In her role as an adjunct professor at Canisius University, Mrs. Kelly teaches School Health 1 & 2. She feels it is a privilege to share her passion for health education and to work with students who are about to enter the profession. 

Mrs. Kelly lives in Clarence NY with her husband, son, and two cats.
