Donna has experience in many different aspects of medicine, with a concentration in the surgical arena. Donna has worked at Kenmore Mercy Hospital for 12 years prior to joining the faculty at Canisius University as a Clinical Assistant Professor. She is a graduate of D’Youville College School of Nursing along with a degree from the School of Physician Assistant Studies. She completed her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2016.

Donna is active in local and state Physician Assistant Societies. She previously sat as Vice President of the Western New York Physician Assistant Association (WNYPAA), and also was a board member and Western New York district representative for several terms for the New York State Physician Assistant Society (NYSSPA). Donna has been a clinical PA preceptor for many of the local colleges. Joining Canisius University has given her the opportunity to further her passion for educating the future PA’s of Western New York.
