  • Mihai grew up playing for Universitatea Cluj in native city of Cluj ­ Napoca, Romania. He then moved to Canada and played his high school career at Cathedral High School in Hamilton, Ontario where in 1998 he was a OFSAA Champion and in 1999 an OFSAA Silver Medalist.
