Chromebooks
Chromebooks are often affordable alternatives and can be incredibly useful tools. However, they may have certain limitations (i.e., may not be able to run the software required by the program you are enrolled in). We recommend reaching out to the Program Director or Department Chair to see what specialized software you may need to use in your program at Canisius to help determine whether or not a Chromebook is right for you. For more information determining if a Chromebook is right for you, see CNET's article on the subject.
